Great American Tower at Queen City Square is a state-of-the-art 41-story office tower located in the heart of downtown Cincinnati’s business district. The over 800,000-square-foot building provides highly-efficient floorplates ranging from 21,000-26,000 square feet on its 33 office floors. Grote Enterprises installed an Advanced HVAC/Plumbing systems and are currently servicing the Tower’s needs.
